CBG Plant

UFIPL envisaged CBG to be produced from various biomass & bio waste sources including sugarcane press mud, distillery spentwash, agricultural residues, cow dung & sewage treatment, plant waste, municipal solid waste.
CBG is also be generated from other waste streams like rotten potatoes, rotten vegetables chicken/poultry litter, food waste, horticulture waste, forest tree residues slotter house waste etc.
UFIPL has technology to process & degrade organic matters by an anaerobic bacterial digestion this process is conducted through four biochemical reactions i.e.
- Hydrolysis reaction,
- Acidogenesis reaction,
- Acetogenesis reaction,
- Metanogenesis reaction.
