Universal Forces Industries Pvt. Ltd. (UFIPL) provides advanced Compressed Biogas (CBG) Plant solutions for converting a wide range of biomass and organic waste into clean, renewable energy. Our technology supports sustainable waste management while creating value from agricultural, industrial, and municipal waste streams.
Feedstock Sources
UFIPL's CBG plants are designed to process various biomass and bio-waste materials, including:
- Sugarcane Press Mud
- Distillery Spent Wash
- Agricultural Residues
- Cow Dung
- Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Waste
- Municipal Solid Waste (MSW)
- Food Waste
- Rotten Potatoes and Vegetables
- Poultry Litter and Chicken Waste
- Horticulture Waste
- Forest and Tree Residues
- Slaughterhouse Waste
- Other Biodegradable Organic Waste
Advanced Biomethanation Technology
UFIPL utilizes a proven Anaerobic Digestion Process to convert organic matter into methane-rich biogas. The biological degradation process takes place through four key biochemical stages:
1. Hydrolysis
Complex organic compounds are broken down into simpler soluble molecules.
2. Acidogenesis
The soluble compounds are converted into volatile fatty acids and other intermediate products.
3. Acetogenesis
Acetogenic bacteria convert volatile fatty acids into acetic acid, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide.
4. Methanogenesis
Methanogenic bacteria transform acetic acid, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide into methane-rich biogas.
This controlled biological process ensures efficient waste degradation and maximum biogas generation.
UFIPL CBG Plant Process
Stage 1 Biogas Generation / Biomethanation Plant
Organic waste is processed through anaerobic digesters to produce raw biogas.
Stage 2 Biogas Purification Unit
The generated biogas is purified by removing carbon dioxide (CO), hydrogen sulphide (HS), moisture, and other impurities to achieve high methane purity.
Stage 3 Biogas Compression Unit
Purified biogas is compressed into Compressed Biogas (CBG) suitable for transportation fuel, industrial applications, and gas distribution networks.
